Duties of the client and the owner in day of departure.

The client is obliged to release a cottage, to hand itover to the owner and to return keys in day and time which are specified in the conditions of booking. If the client is leaving in the different time, he is obliged to report about it to the owner in advance with purpose to hand over the cottage to the owner and to return keys. If the client doesn't notify on the departure, or leaves at night, the owner has the right to return advance payment only when will be convinced of absence of damages and will receive keys.

Responsibility.

The client is taking responsibility for the damage, caused to a cottage and the rented property, thus the client should notify about the damage immediately. The damage considered, if there is at least one of the following: 1) on the floor, furniture, in a sauna, on a terrace there is scattered garbage , 2) the furniture is rearranged, 3) the furniture is damaged or spoiled by paint or structure which isn't washed away without a trace by detergents, 4) walls are spoiled, 5) ceilings are spoiled, 6) floors are damaged or spoiled by paint or structure which isn't washed away without a trace by detergents, 8) windows are damaged or spoiled by paint or structure which isn't washed away without a trace by detergents, 9) doors are damaged or spoiled by paint or structure which isn't washed away without a trace by detergents, 10) dishies damaged, 11) household appliances, electronics are damaged, 12) engineering systems or their components (ventilation, lighting, heating, the electrician, television, water supply, the sewerage) are damaged , except the fused bulbs, 13) sauna is damaged or spoiled by paint or structure which isn't washed away without a trace by detergents 14) bedding, dressing gowns, curtains jalousie at windows are damaged or there are indelible traces on them.

All transferred property belongs to the owner and on all transferred property the owner has documentary issued price (the checks, the paid accounts) therefore the client is obliged to make compensation directly to the owner.

Cancellation of booking 

 Change of conditions of booking is equivalent to booking cancellation such as if the amount of guests increases, the need for smoking for cottages is requested, existence of animals is supposed, earlier arrival or later departure is supposed, and also booking and payment conditions are violated.

Cancellation of booking by the owner

Cancellation of booking is possible, if:

- booking and payment conditions are violated, thus to the client advance payment doesn't come back.

- in case of force-majeur circumstances (force-majeur), thus to the client all advance payments come back and explanations about circumstances are given.

- in case of aggressive behavior, hooliganism, violation of conditions of accommodation if the client doesn't react positively to lawful claims of the owner about observance of rules of accommodation and rent, and also the laws. Thus the client is not recieving any payments back.

Amount of people

In cottages there can't be living more people than it is shown in registration form. The amount of the living can't be more than amount of sleeping places. For example, Paritallo hosts no more than 6 persons, and Lepistoне more than 8 people, including children in spite of the fact that in these cottages there are enough additional berths, and also cots.
