Arrival&departure

Cottages are available to clients from 16.00 in a day of arrival and till 12.00.

At arrival the card on living is filled by the owner and the deposit at a rate of 150 euros as pledge for return of keys and also in case of damaging the property.The deposit comes back to the client at the point of return of keys and if no damage was done. The accomondation in the cottage is allowed only for the amount of people mentioned in booking. Violation of this requirement involves booking cancellation.

General rules

Smoking in rooms and terraces of a cottage is forbidden under any circumstances. The maintenance of animals is excluded. It is necessary to notify about the damaged furniture and ware immediately and to pay them right away on a place. It is not allowed to take furniture and sleeping accesouries outside from the cottages.

Making fire is allowed only in a place where the grill is established. On a cottage terrace by no means it is impossible to make fire.

By no means it is impossible to regulate devices of electric heating (the battery, heating of floors) by yourself, adjustment of temperature in a cottage should be always coordinated in advance with the owner or the managing director of a cottage.

The sauna inside cottage can't be turned on continuously within days, the sauna can be turned on only for the period of using by it. It is connected with feature of the organization of power supply, and can lead to heating shutdown.

Installation of tents, campings and similar to it is forbidden. Between 21-00 and till 7-00 the client is obliged to maintain silence.

Our service includes:

The client, for cost of rent of the cottage, having the right to use apartments, furniture, household appliances, satellite television, an electric sauna, a fireplace, a terrace and furniture there, to use the territory for picnics where the grill is established, to use a beach and a pier. The heat of cottage is included in renting, hot and cold water available, there is a shower and a toilet and automatic ventilating installation. Water arrives from a well therefore it officially isn't recognized for drinking.

Convenient beds, pillows, blankets, ware, ware for cooking , bedding, toilet paper, shower gel, towels and also detergents and finishing cleaning are always included in rent of cottages . The cottage is prepared for the client surely in clean form, without damages of furniture, ware, equipment, engineering systems, in absolutely clean and well-groomed condition.

Guests

The client has the right to receive guests and to arrange holidays, thus about temporary excess of amount of guests the owner should foreknow. If for any reasons someone from guests has to stay overnight, the client is obliged to receive a consent of the owner and registration, and also to receive a guest set (bedding, ware) and to make payment for it. Payment is made on a place, at registration.

About renting

The client has the privilege to rent high-speed boat, bicycles, motor-skates, aquaskippers, boats, kayaks, the skates, snowshoes, a wooden sauna on the shore if it reserved and advance payment is paid. The client is obliged to hand over all above-mentioned rented property and the sauna in clean form after the renting period mentioned in conditions of booking or in conditions of the rent if booking wasn't made in advance, and also to observe other renting terms specified in the lease contract of property.
