Payment

Payment is made by invoice. The reservation can be canceled no later than 45 days before arrival.

Methods of payment

Booking payment is more correct to make from your account to our bank account. Thus it is necessary for us to send either the scanned receipt, or data on payment where are specified 1) the payer, 2) a maturity date, 3) an amount of payment, 4) the name of payment.

Cash is acceptable if payment is made on a place.

What is included in cost?

The price of rent of a cottage includes use of apartments, furniture, household appliances,  television, an electric sauna, a terrace and furniture there, territory for walking and use for picnics where the grill is situated, beach and pier use, heating, hot and cold water, a shower and a toilet. Water arrives from a well therefore it officially isn't recognized for drinking. Nevertheless, water pure that is confirmed with official documents (water tests).

The convenient furniture and ware, pillows, blankets, bedding,  towels and also detergents and finishing cleaning are always included in the price of rent of cottages.

In general

The prices for rent of cottages depend on a season. From the middle of June to the middle of August, on New Year's holidays of the prices are the highest. The lowest prices – from September to November.
